The flat rate charge for shipping, handling, and insurance will be for ground shipment by UPS to all USA destinations in the continental USA, irrespective of the shipment's weight or commercial value. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rica, Guam and other USA locations not a part of the continental USA are not covered, and may be subject to different pricing.
